Terms and Conditions
A&M COVERCARE WILL PROVIDE THE SERVICES AND BENEFITS DECRIBED IN THIS POLICY:
- During the period of cover care
- Following payment of the premium
What is covered under this policy?
- A free annual service is provided to all customers
- There are no limits on the calls and claims you make each year
- Services as described in level of cover
What is not covered?
- Repairs to existing problems.
- Boiler replacement if system is beyond repair
- Replacement of radiators (if not under correct package)
- Warm air heating systems
- Only Gas systems covered
- Any other appliance connected to your internal gas supply pipe
- Removal of sludge or hard water scale from boiler or system
- Third party or accidental damage (cost of repairs not included relating to the damaged caused by others).
- Consequential loss- Unless we are responsible for it, we will not include loss or damage to property (including any cleaning required) caused by appliance, boiler or system breaking down or leaking.
- Any redecoration that is needed following our work is not responsible by us.
- Any faults or damage due to weather conditions, subsidence, structural repairs, accident, fire, lightning, explosion, flood, earthquake or storm will not be covered.
- Improvement to systems to bring them up to current standards are not included
General policy conditions
- 30 day no claim period from start date
- Minimum 6 month agreement
- Agreement begins after first payment has been authorised
- System will be thoroughly checked by corgi registered engineers upon commencement on cover period
- Cover is only provided to address stated on the policy document
- In the event of an emergency our engineers will be with you within 24 hrs where possible
- We will only cover boilers that are less than 20 yrs old as it can be difficult to source spare parts
- We have the right to cancel the policy and make amendments at any given time
- You have the right to cancel the agreement at any time, but will not receive any refund unless cover is cancelled within a 14 day period of the policy start date as detailed in the policy schedule
- At the end of your term A&M will contact you for no obligation renewal
